WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today is June, 12th
Order placed MAY 12TH!!!!!
ORDER RECEIVED NEVER!!!!
BEEN CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE MAY 27TH!
Spoke to: Takashi, Ruby, Rex, Karen, Adnan N., Aadam M., Luke.
Whatsapped, emailed.
Situation resolved: NEVER
Contacting customer service made it worse and they are loosing a customer: YES!
As of now NastyGal is complete scam to me! Every time I contacted customer service I was told to wait, because of the system, because of the investigation or some other BS. On the website they promise shipping to US under 8 days, guess what? It's been a month and they are copy/pasting 'oh, sorry, it's not ideal, wait longer'. I paid the money, they have failed to deliver it. I told them about it, suggested other solutions, those were declined and the situation wasn't handled properly. Now they are not on a rush to give my money back.
No direct phone number, they don't give contacts of managers or whoever can handle this properly.

Rubbish company run by cheats. Stay away from this scammers. They will do anything to rob your money.#nastygal

Do not give this company your business

First there's no phone number to contact them. Second, their clothes are poorly made and customer service is terrible. It took a month to receive an order that was supposed to be a gift, and now they will not allow me to return some of the items because it has been too long.

Really bad quality but good customer care !

Made a first time big shop thinking it's fairly cheap and a steal ! Items are such bad quality I returned every item only kept one..been in touch a few times..chat with agents is not too bad but a bit slow and have to stay with it! Finally Charlotte resolved a refund issue and go to the bottom of it ! Was super helpful and problem was managed in no time. Wouldn't recommend the clothes though unless you don't mind the cheap quality !

Horrible customer service

I purchased some clothes from Nastygal some days ago, and contacted them about some items that wasn't correct in size or color.

1. After writing them an email I got a reply that they needed pictures, I tried sending these back to the same agent I was talking to, but I got an autoreply telling me that the inbox was full so that I couldn't continue the correspondance by mail. I therefore had to message them again on facebook.

2. The sizing of a papir of pants i bought in Large would barely fit my sister who is a small/medium in size. She uses a size 36 in pants european sizing and the large pants in the one papir I bought was barely big enough for her to squeeze in. The size guide told me that the large would be between a size 40-42 in European sizing. In other words the sizing wasn't just a little bit off, But completely wrong.

3. I bought another papir of pants that looked completely grey on the pictures they have on their site, in reality these are Green. Really not What I was expecting. They didn't slightly differ in color, they weren't the same color as the picture at all. The color name was sage, but I honestly didn't think much of it since I obviously buy clothes online after considering the picture of the item.

4. When I tried contacting them on Facebook and asking if they had any other solution than to return them, they couldn't help me. I sent them a lot of pictures of both the items and also sent them a detailed description of what went wrong. I sent them a picture of the green pants and a picture of their grey picture compared. I also sent them pictures of the small pair of pants with measuring next to it so they could see the size for them selves. I told them that I live in Norway and that the cost for shipping from Norway back to the US would cost me more than what the refund would be if I returned the items, so I asked if they could compensate in any other way. No they could not. The customer service I was talking to didn't show any understanding of the matter and just quoted the terms and conditions that "pictures and sizes could vary from item to item, and might not match the picture or sizing completely". I tried saying that this wasn't just a little bit off. That on the one hand I had two completely different colors - grey on the picture vs green in real life, and the picture didn't show the slightest hint of green. Also the sizing wasn't just a little bit off, an item that was supposed to be large was barely a small medium at best.

My experience is that the customer service really can't/won't help you with anything. You have to return the items if you want anything done, and pay for the return yourself, even if their advertising is not correct at all. You basically have to fix everything yourself and if you aren't happy with the purchase, the solution of returning the items might also be more expensive than just throwing away the clothes instead.

HORRIBLE Customer service and very low quality products.

I Bought 6 items and 2 of them dirty and stained and two are very far from the look on the website specially the colour. Contact customer service that i want to return them and showed all that photos attached and they keep insisting that (they don't see any problem on the items) and they still want me to pay for the shipping even though it's not my fault that they're products are $#*! that's why i am sending it back. Poor customer service not gonna buy again on this nasty website! Anyone experienced the same thing?

Update: They Refund me 80% after i replied on one of the bad comments from their instagram account regarding on how bad their customer service and teaching them to message on fb page instead to get their attention (guess what they also deleted bad comments/Reviews) ‍. TIP Emails and comments won't work so better message them on facebook!

my daughter ordered a pair of jeans in a large (boyfriend jeans). She gave them to me as they were too small for her. They are a large and fit me perfectly but...I am NOT a large! I'm an 8-10. I'd get bigger. Never heard of this site before and won't order from here, just read the bad reviews.

Certain people shouldn't be allowed to leave reviews IMHO. From what I can gather they changed ownership and people are displeased as the old customer service did nothing.

This is very much a "get what you pay for" situation. I don't know what people expected from $10 shorts, but for $10 they're pretty awesome. I only had one issue and it was addressed promptly and they just sent me a new jacket, I didn't have to return my current one. It's value for money IMO

The other complaints stem from people not reading the T&C's of their purchase. If you're stupid enough to not read them and check returns policies, then that's on you guys. Nasty Gal is quite open with they're returns policy for all countries and there is little they can do in terms of shipping/customs processing times.

A lot of people who are mad are from the USA where customs is knows to intercept many packages. The rest are people who ordered next day delivery on a weekend when even the shipping company stipulates on THEIR website (DHL, USPS, AusPost) that next day shipping is business days only.

The only other thing is sizing. It does run small. But again, if you're smart you'll do your measurements and check with the Nasty Gal guide.

I am a size 6.5 and I ordered the size 6 sneakers and they came in UK size 4 which is apparently the equivalent size, but they were definitely 2 sizes too big on me, I just ordered a pair of sandals US size 5 instead of 6 hoping they will fit. Also, no half sizes available.
